Between week 1 and week 2, I made a quick detour to LA to participate in the Rapha Yomp Rally-- 390 miles through the very remote Los Padres National Forest. I resumed my route from Lake Isabella, CA and have 3 more weeks to get up to Banff, Canada.Riding the east side of the Sierra Nevada Mountains is definitely the highlight of this stretch.
